According to science a normal man, healthy adult should sleep seven to nine hours of sleep, more older people should sleep at least seven hours of sleep. But nowadays our sleeping routine is disturbed as circumstances. The time of sleeping and awaking is disparate. And it could be created many deficiencies in the future with a massive amount of problems.

A young healthy man turns into older before their age and prey to many problems like anxiety and insomnia that’s keep a great impact on health negatively.

Another brain functionality is depended on our daily routine and if it does not consume enough amount of energy to keeping work it would become dull day by day. And in last it doesn’t perform its task as it should be.

But some people overuse it, and excessive of everything is dangerous and it causes of late night sleeping.

2. Interest in Games:

Some people are fond of games. They play game day and night without any concern the whole world. According to researchers playing games less than 60 minutes can not create any disturbance in sleep. But more than this time can make trouble in falling asleep.

3. Burden of Studies

Today’s priority of parents for their children to get enough marks. For this reason, they get them awake and this creates a bad effect on health. And also Brain functionality must be disturbed effectively.

4. Health Issues

Bad health is one of the main reasons for insomnia. When health is not well it people often stay awake but also other family members so, bad health is not good only the ill person but also for other members

5. Bad Routines

Our Daily Routine can be the reason for insomnia because if we sleep at any time then on night time we could not sleep on time and this make awkward time table. So the best thing is to make a proper time table so we can sleep on time and can awake on time.

6. Relationship

Relations may be also the reason for stress and insomnia because when there are some misunderstandings created people often get in stress and this mutual conflicts may create a massive problem and become the reason for insomnia. The deficiency of communication between each other create problem and clashes. And this whole problem revolved around the mind in the whole night and make them awake whole night.


Solution:

If we some up all these things it Form anxiety. And anxiety means “ something felt” and all previous things can be felt either emotionally or physically. It needs to stop as soon as possible. For this purpose, we should take some steps for this troublesome. But the first one is to make a proper time table and a healthy diet. And secondly, make some mental changes and behaviour to assume things and mentality.
